02Passive / Anonymous Information
We collect information related to your interactions with our website to provide a better experience. This information includes your IP address, browsing behavior while on our website, browser and device characteristics, and referring URLs.
This information is collected using common technologies such as cookies, pixels, web beacons and tags. You can set your browser to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie. If you do not accept cookies, some parts of our website may not work as intended.
04Third Party Sites and Services
This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information, or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any site or web property (including, without limitation, any application) that is available through this Site or to which this Site contains a link. The availability of, or inclusion of a link to, any such site or property on the Site does not imply endorsement of it by us or by our affiliates.
06Legal Requirements
Sometimes we may be required to share personal information in response to a regulation, court order or subpoena. We may also share information when we believe it's necessary to comply with the law, to respond to a government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property or safety of Lodging Goods LLC (PTACS.co), our customers, or others; to prevent harm or loss; or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual unlawful activity.
07Business Transfers
We may also share personal information in the event of a corporate sale, merger, acquisition, dissolution or similar event. You will be notified via e-mail and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.
08Data Retention & Security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide quotes and services, maintain business records, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
09Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, our website does not currently respond to DNT signals.
Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.
