The RCA J15SE1220 is a 15" Full HD institutional TV from the RCA SE Series SecureView. It is a clear-cabinet security TV for correctional facilities and other secure institutions: the see-through case shows the whole interior, so inspections are fast, and tamper-resistant screws keep parts in and contraband out.
