The RCA J22SE1221 is a 22" Full HD institutional TV from the RCA SE Series SecureView. It is the speakerless version of RCA's clear-cabinet security TV, for correctional facilities and secure institutions: no internal speakers (audio by headphone only), a see-through case for fast inspection and tamper-resistant screws.
